Can you help with this project?

This is a tripartite project involving three Cornish heritage groups; Cornish National Music Archive, Cornish Story and the Federation of Old Cornwall Societies. It's furthering the work begun in 2020 and included on the Cornish National Music Archive website.

The aim to collect and preserve knowledge about Cornish tea treats which were an important part of Cornish life during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The researchers are now working to collect as many images as possible to add to the existing site.

If you or your family have any pictures that can be shared with the project please contact Tony Mansell at Email: tonymansell4@outlook.com / Mobile number: 07812 463746.

Below are some examples of tea treat images of the type the project is looking for.
